Compliance & Responsibility
Storm Creek is committed to responsible, ethical sourcing and business practices. We work with world-class factories and suppliers to make our products, which reflects our mission of providing best-in-class apparel to all customers.
California Proposition 65 Compliance
Prop 65 requires businesses to notify California residents about the presence of certain chemicals in the items they purchase. The state of California has published a list of more than 900 chemicals covered under Prop 65, with the intention of protecting water sources and citizens from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Organizations are required to provide clear and reasonable warning if the exposure levels are above the Prop 65 thresholds.
Storm Creek adheres to the highest standards of safety for its products. In order to meet both the needs of our customers and the regulatory requirements throughout the markets we serve, we take all the necessary steps to ensure that our products meet federal product regulations. We also require our decoration partners to obtain required permits and approvals for their products.
All current Storm Creek apparel products—including fabrics, trims, zippers and labels—are produced with certified Prop 65 chemical-free vendors and/or have been fully tested and do not contain chemicals that would require a Prop 65 warning label. If we become aware of any future product requiring a Prop 65 warning, we will apply the Short Form Prop 65 Warning Label to that product as well as list those items on this website.
Storm Creek abides by the PPAI Code of Conduct. This means we meet PPAI’s highest ethical expectations. We have adopted standards for the quality and safety of the products we sell, and we are committed to assuring that our manufacturing processes respect the rights of individuals and protect the environment.

Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) Certification Program, which is the largest independent facility certification program in the world mainly focused on the apparel, footwear, and sewn products sectors. WRAP issues certifications based on a facility’s compliance with WRAP’s 12 Principles. These principles are based on the rule of law within each individual country and include the spirit or language of the relevant conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
