Returns and Cancellations

  • Please check your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects.
  • All claims for shortages, damages, defects, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • Claims made after this window will be subject to a shipping method/carrier of our choosing and applicable charges.
  • All returns must be authorized in advance. Please submit a Return Authorization Request Form (below) to accompany your return.
  • Garments must be returned in their original condition (clean, undamaged, hangtags still attached and in original poly bags) otherwise, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Decorated garments, excluding irregulars or defective items, are not returnable.
  • Garments must be shipped back to Storm Creek within 30 days. Orders more than 30 days old cannot be returned.
  • Canceled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
  • Discounted samples, whether ordered online or via email/phone, are non-returnable.

Lifetime Warranty Claims

We stand behind our people, and our products – and guarantee that the apparel you purchase will be free of any defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the garment. But should our product fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Storm Creek is here for you, and will happily repair or replace defective apparel.
