Storm Creek wants to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with your customers, especially when some offices are closed and people are working remotely. Leave the fuss to us!

Orders of 24 pieces or more are $2.50 per location (customer pays for all freight charges – UPS/FedEx only, no international shipping). Any additional fulfillment or labeling requests (including inserts, etc.) are an extra charge – please discuss with your sales rep.

Orders under 24 pieces are $4.00 per location. (customer pays for all freight charges – UPS/FedEx only, no international shipping). Any additional fulfillment or labeling requests (including inserts, etc.) are an extra charge – please discuss with your sales rep.

Orders shipping to Canada are an additional $5.00 per location.

To qualify, a drop-ship form must accompany your order. Orders cannot be processed until the form is received via email. Download the drop-ship form now (Excel spreadsheet).

here’s how to place your order

  1. In order to have your fee waived, our drop-ship form must be 100% completed and accompany your order. Orders cannot be processed until the drop-ship form is received via email. Changes to your original order information may require a new order and/or be subject to additional fees.
  2. Fill out the form with your product details and drop ship locations and shipping information. Email it with your order to [email protected].
    (If ordering products or samples online, simply type “drop-ship” into the order notes at checkout and email the completed Excel form to [email protected] – please reference your P.O. or Order Number in the email.)
  3. Our order team will contact you for confirmation.
  4. Leave the rest to us – so you’re free to sell!

If you are adding additional products (hard goods or other promo products) as a kit to your drop-ship order, additional charges may apply, and we ask customers to complete a liability waiver detailing the items to be included.
