To ensure your decoration order moves smoothly through the process, please use this checklist to make sure all information is provided when submitting your order:

  • Customer name & PO Number
  • Customer ship-to address
  • Shipping Method
  • In-hands date
  • Product style # and/or name, colors, and sizes, and qty
  • Email address to send proofs and all correspondence


  • Type of Decoration – Embroidery, Heath Transfer, Laser Etch, Screen Print
  • Artwork in .JPEG, .EPS or .PDF format for new art to be digitized or provide a .DST file (embroidery orders)
  • Logo location and size of logo if known (length x width)
  • Thread colors or PMS colors to match (.DST files do not contain colors of the logo, we will need that information if the customer is providing a .DST file)
