We've made many improvements to bring you a more seamless online experience! We've heard feedback from many of our customers and have taken the comments to heart. Just when you thought it couldn't be any better, our website just got, well, better!

Here are the tips and tricks on how to navigate the new site and use some of the new features!

Getting Started

New Categories/Navigation

You will see on this new site that we now have a static menu on the top and bottom of the page, like previously, however we have now added different/more product categories as well as a few more pages. We hope this will make it easier for you to find all the pages you may need to make your website experience easier than ever!

Product categories match those in our catalog. Shop by men's and women's, as well as by collection, such as outerwear, tops, pants & accessories.

Account Dashboard Tour

You can find everything you need under the "account" icon in the upper right hand corner. All of the items you will want to see on a regular basis will be in the left hand side menu. Here you will find:
Change Password

Account Details

In this area you can update all of your account details such as name, address and change your password, as well as view you recent order history.

Manage Shipping Addresses

Here you can add all of your most used shipping addresses to make it easy to manage all of your shipping locations easily, making check-out a snap.

Order History

Full Order History

When you log in to your account, you will see your recent online order history for our new site in the account window. If you would like to view your entire order history, including off-line orders, click the blue order history button.

How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your Shopify account password, no need to worry! Resetting your password is easier than ever. Simply follow the steps below and you'll have access to your account once again.
  • Click on sign-in by under the account icon in the upper-right corner of the site (person icon).
  •  Select your account type (consumer, promotional products distributor, or retail buyer).
  • On the sign-in window, click the 'Forgot password' box.
  • Enter your email address to receive a password reset email.
  • Once you receive the password reset email click the link to reset your password.
  • If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.
  • If you need further help, please contact us.

Product Page Tour

Using our easy product navigation at the top of the site, choose a product you would like to view closer by clicking the image. Once you are in the product window, you will see that the information available is still the same as before, it has just been moved around a little. You will notice a few new things on this product page:

Bottle Count and In-stock Icons

All of our items now have a bottle count logo in the upper right corner of each item so you can easily see how many recycled bottles are in each garment.

The "S" icon appears over the color swatch indicating the colors that are safe to add to a client program.

Images Downloads, Sell Sheets, Size Specs

Right under each product image there are buttons that you can use to download all the product images to your computer, as well as access a simple client-safe sell sheet to send to your customer, and see size specs specifically for each garment.

DIY Virtuals

Within the buttons, you'll see one labeled "Create Virtual". You can use this to quickly do a DIY Virtual. Add the logo to any of our garments and save it as a PNG or PDF!

Order Matrix

The order matrix on each product page includes each size and color available. This also shows live current inventory available, as well as incoming inventory within the next 90-days. The Matrix also displays the wholesale pricing for each color variant (available to logged-in users only).

How to Place an Order

Ordering is easy by using the real-time inventory matrix. Simply enter in the quantity(s) of each item you would like and you can add it to your cart with the black "Add to Cart" button at the bottom.

Once your product is added to your cart, the following information is required:

  • PO Number
  • Notification email - the person you want to receive order notifications

The following fields are optional:

  • Credit Sales Person - the person who you would like to be notified at Storm Creek of this order
  • Shipping Account Number - Fill this in if you would like us to use your shipper number for this order. Orders over $350 will ship for FREE.
  • Any order notes

Cart Saver

This is a great new feature of our website to help you build orders, save them, and come back to them later. If you're waiting for answers from customers, this is a great way to start a project for future reference. Click on the black "Add Decoration" button below the order matrix (lower right) on the product page and select your options. You will choose the following:
  • Simply select the items you want to purchase as normal by using the order matrix and adding quantities to the cart.
  • Before checking out, click the blue "Preview Cart" button at the bottom.
  • You can give your cart a name and click "Save".
  • Your saved carts will appear in the account profile, where you can always add to or delete saved orders.
