“Ships By” is the date the product leaves the Storm Creek warehouse – arrival date to your location varies depending on the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 days, which should be added to the Ships By date to estimate your arrival date.   View the freight map

For embroidery orders, customers who supply a digitized logo file will receive a free logo proof within 24 hours of order placement, via email. Without a digitized file, your proof will arrive in approximately 48 hours. Your order will not proceed into production until after proof approval.

Factors that could delay the “Ships by” date include:

• Backordered product
• Decoration types other than embroidery
• Logo edits and order changes
• Embroidery stitch counts of 10,000 stitches or more
• Decoration quantities over 500 items – please confirm with customer experience
• Customer delay in responses to decoration changes
• Drop-ship orders require more processing time
