The giver can purchase their Pacesetter or Sidekick pullover in any color available on Storm Creek’s web site. The free pullover for the health care hero comes in navy or dark heather gray and features the #HealthCareStrong design. If the giver also wants the #HealthCareStrong design on their first garment, they check a box so the HealthCare logo will be added to both items. All garments come in both men’s and women’s sizing (men’s sizing ranges from S-4X and women’s sizing ranges from XS-3X).
“We wanted to do something to lift the spirits of stressed-out frontline workers who have been making continual sacrifices to help the rest of us,” said Fudenberg. “We selected our softest, best-selling pullovers for this special offer -- they ‘scream’ comfort, plus they’re such high-quality, very versatile, and look great.”
Storm Creek launched a similar initiative to honor all essential frontline workers in April 2020. The company delivered over 900 free pullovers to heroes in 33 states and Washington, D.C. Over 50% of the recipients were in the healthcare industry. “It all began as a conversation with my women business owner colleagues in the first months of COVID-19. We challenged each other to find unique ways to make a positive impact. We never expected to have such an overwhelming response. It shows how much people really band together to support one another in tough times,” Fudenberg said.
