Returns

Please check your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. All claims for shortages, damages, defects, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Claims made after this window will be subject to a shipping method/carrier of our choosing and applicable charges.

Return Policy

  • Returns of unwanted merchandise or cancelled orders must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
  • Decorated garments, excluding irregulars or defective items, and discontinued items are not returnable.
  • All returns must be authorized and shipped back to Storm Creek within 30 days of the order being invoiced. Orders more than 30 days old cannot be returned.
  • To initiate a return, please submit a Return Authorization Request Form.
  • All product must arrive in their original condition (unopened, tags attached) or no credit will be given.

Sample Returns

  • Full price (wholesale) samples are returnable and must be authorized and shipped back within 30 days of the order being invoiced.
  • Samples must be shipped back in their original condition (clean, undamaged, hangtags still attached, and in original poly bags) or no credit will be given.
  • Discounted samples are non-returnable.
  • Please note, if an order is not indicated as a sample order, any returned items will incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • To initiate a return, please submit a Return Authorization Request Form.

Dispute Policy

If you experience any problems with your order, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt so we can begin working toward a resolution right away.

To ensure a timely and accurate response, we ask that the following requirements be met:

  1. Defective Items or Mispacked Orders:Please provide clear photos to help us assess the issue. These may include hangtags, neck tags, poly bag with label, and the PO tag (located in the lower left interior of the garment).
  2. Short Shipments:Any shortages must be double-counted by the receiver before contacting us. This ensures accuracy and helps us address the concern efficiently.

While we may need to charge for replacement items initially, we will issue full credit if the issue is determined to be an error on our part. Storm Creek is committed to taking ownership where appropriate and working with you to make it right.
