As a qualified distributor for Storm Creek, you agree to fully adhere to the following reselling policies to maintain the integrity of our brand.

  1. You agree not to advertise Storm Creek products below Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). You may set your prices however you’d like above MAP, just not below.
  2. MAP = Wholesale Cost x 2
  3. This includes your own website or any other sites to which you direct our product. You may not, at any time, sell Storm Creek product on any third-party websites, including Amazon.
  4. Advertised MAP for closeout product = Closeout Wholesale Cost x 2
  5. You agree not to sell this brand to retail stores, discount retail stores, warehouse clubs, off-price retailers, internet retailers, or any entities intending to resell this product into any of these channels.
  6. You agree not to resell, directly or indirectly, Storm Creek products directly to consumers through your own website or otherwise via the Internet.
  7. We may choose to run promotions from time to time that result in a limited-time decreased MAP. We will provide notice of such MAP promotions.

If you fail to comply with these policies, Storm Creek will contact you to remedy the situation. The pricing/promotion must be corrected within 3 business days or Storm Creek reserves the right to stop supplying product to you.

Pricing

No, there are no minimum piece requirements.

Yes, Net terms may be available upon approval by Storm Creek only after a fully executed credit application and credit reference check have been completed. FILL OUT CREDIT APP HERE

Open terms are net from the invoice date. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on balances beyond established terms. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms at any time. Please forward check remit instructions to: accounting@stormcreek.com.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Terms invoices paid via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

CHECKS: Returned checks are subject to a US $50.00 per check charge.

Payment must be made in full by due date stated on invoice. Late payment is grounds for Storm Creek to discontinue performance under these terms and conditions.

We do not typically offer sale or quantity break pricing. Check out our Limited Collection and Catalog for styles with sale pricing. Styles subject to change. Limited availability. 

Ordering

All orders, once accepted by Storm Creek, are considered valid and cannot be canceled unless we receive a written cancellation notice. Discontinued and closeout products are final unless prior approval is granted.

If you need to change an order, contact info@stormcreek.com immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests before the order ships. Once a shipping label has been created, changes can’t be guaranteed—but you can return or exchange items once received.

Returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges. To start a return or for questions, email info@stormcreek.com

Blank orders ship same business day from Eagan, MN fulfillment center if order placed before 3:00PM CST.

1. Discounted Samples (30% off wholesale)

  • Non-returnable
  • Ideal for showrooms, self-promo, and presentations
  • To order, contact your sales rep or email sales@stormcreek.com with the subject line DISCOUNTED SAMPLE
  • Must be ordered separately from regular orders
  • Limit: 2 per style/color/size, 20 total pieces per order

2. Returnable Samples (Full wholesale price)

  • Returnable within 30 days for a full refund
  • Must be unworn, with tags, clean, and in original polybag
  • Order online or by emailing orders@stormcreek.com

Important: If your order is not marked as a sample order at the time of purchase, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to any returned items.

3. Returnable Sample Kits

  • Kits must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • After 30 days, any items not returned will be invoiced at the customer’s standard non-returnable price per piece.

Inventory

Easiest way to see inventory in online on each style’s product page the pricing and inventory grid. For each color, you’ll see our current inventory by size.

Next to the available number is a calendar icon. Click this icon to view 30, 60, 90 and 90+ day breakdown of incoming stock.

OUR INVENTORY IS LIVE AND UPDATED IN REAL-TIME, SO THESE NUMBERS REFLECT THE MOST CURRENT STOCK LEVELS AS SOON AS INVENTORY CHANGES OR AN ORDER IS PLACED.

LIMITED INVENTORY REPORT

Each style’s product page will have current available inventory as well as a 30, 60, 90 and 90+ day breakdown of incoming stock.

Please contact us if you would like more information. We can give you the most accurate information available if there are supply chain delays or other events that will impact inventory arrival.

Shipping

  • Storm Creek’s primary carrier is UPS. Orders will ship UPS Ground unless specified otherwise on your Purchase Order.
  • We also will accept your shipping account number if provided on the order.
  • All shipments by Storm Creek are FOB point of shipment, therefore, freight costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Will Call Pick Up is available at all Storm Creek Headquarters in Eagan, MN. Please contact your sales rep to set up a will call. 
  • We can only ship to physical addresses within the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
  • Before shipment: Yes, contact us as soon as possible to update delivery instructions.
  • After shipment: We’ll do our best to reroute your package, but contact info@stormcreek.com immediately. Additional charges may apply.

Unfortunately, there is no way to note this online. Please submit your order and instructions to orders@stormcreek.com.

Returns + Cancellations

Please check your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. All claims for shortages, damages, defects, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Claims made after this window will be subject to a shipping method/carrier of our choosing and applicable charges. 

  • Returns of unwanted merchandise or cancelled orders must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
  • Decorated garments, excluding irregulars or defective items, and discontinued items are not returnable.
  • All returns must be authorized and shipped back to Storm Creek within 30 days of the order being invoiced.  Orders more than 30 days old cannot be returned.
  • To initiate a return, please submit a Return Authorization Request Form.
  • All product must arrive in their original condition (unopened, tags attached) or no credit will be given.

At Storm Creek, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and when they do, our goal is to be easy to work with, make it right for you and your end user, and resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible.

If you experience any problems with your order, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt so we can begin working toward a resolution right away.

To ensure a timely and accurate response, we ask that the following requirements be met:

  1. Defective Items or Mispacked Orders:Please provide clear photos to help us assess the issue. These may include hangtags, neck tags, poly bag with label, and the PO tag (located in the lower left interior of the garment).
  2. Short Shipments:Any shortages must be double-counted by the receiver before contacting us. This ensures accuracy and helps us address the concern efficiently.

While we may need to charge for replacement items initially, we will issue full credit if the issue is determined to be an error on our part. Storm Creek is committed to taking ownership where appropriate and working with you to make it right.

Integrations + Tech Support

Yes, Storm Creek maintains full product and image databases at various promotional product industry organizations. These organizations offer various distributor website solutions and upgrade paths to e-commerce, selected styles, custom forms etc.

Promotional product distributors can contact PromoStandards, ESP/ASI, SAGE/PPAI, Commonsku, Distributor Central, and Order My Gear to access services offered from those databases.
