How to Check Our Inventory for Your Client Deadlines

In the world of promotional products and branded merch, we know how important it is for you to meet your clients’ deadlines. We make it easy for you to easily check product inventory with us and be confident of stock when you place your order. 

 

Do You Already Know Which Items You Want?

If you already know which item(s) your client wants, checking our inventory online couldn’t be easier. Head to distributor.stormcreek.com then you can:

  • Click on the magnifying glass icon on the top right and type the item’s name or style number into the search bar, or…
  • Click on the “Shop” tab in the main menu bar and search through the sub-menu options.

 

Once you’re on the product page, scroll down until you reach the detailed inventory chart that lists that item’s current availability by color and size. You’ll be able to see:

  • Which are our “Core” colors, labeled with the brown “C” icon. These are the colors we keep in stock year-round. (Those without the C icon are seasonal colors and may have limited stock.)
  • For each color, you’ll see our current inventory by size—the bold number.
  • Next to the bold number is a second number that shows the stock arriving within the next 90 days.
  • Assuming you’re logged in, you’ll see the wholesale price If you’re not logged in, the price reflects the MSRP.
Our inventory is live and updated in real-time, so these numbers reflect the most current stock levels as soon as inventory changes or an order is placed.

 

Do You Need a 30, 60 or 90-Day Breakdown? 

Please contact us if you would like a 30, 60 or 90-day breakdown. We can give you the most accurate information available if there are supply chain delays or other events that will impact inventory arrival.

Do You Want to Browse Your Options?

If your client isn’t sure yet which items are best, simply browse our online catalog to see our selection. Go over the options that will work well for your client’s goals. Then check those product pages to be sure there’s enough inventory in stock for their order. 

For a hands-on experience, consider ordering samples or a curated sample kit. This allows your client to see, feel, and test the products firsthand, ensuring they make an informed decision that aligns with their needs and expectations.
