Keeping It Safe: CPSIA Compliance

We take safety seriously. Our products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), meaning they’re thoroughly tested to meet tough safety standards. Rest easy knowing that everything from our comfy hoodies to our stylish jackets is free from hazardous materials and safe for everyone.

 

Transparency: Prop 65

In line with California’s Prop 65, we provide clear warnings about any chemicals in our products that could cause harm. You deserve to know what’s in your clothing, and we’re here to make sure you do. Transparency and safety are our top priorities, so you can trust our products meet these high standards. We also require our decoration partners to obtain the required permits and approvals for their products.

All current Storm Creek apparel products—including fabrics, trims, zippers, and labels—are produced with certified Prop 65 chemical-free vendors and/or have been fully tested and do not contain chemicals that would require a Prop 65 warning label. If we become aware of any future product requiring a Prop 65 warning, we will apply the Short Form Prop 65 Warning Label to that product as well as list those items on this website.
