Product Safety First

  • CPSIA Compliance
    • Every Storm Creek product complies with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). We conduct rigorous testing to ensure our apparel is free from hazardous substances and safe for all users, including children.
  • PFAS-Free Commitment
    • We are committed to eliminating harmful chemicals from our products. Storm Creek apparel is PFAS compliant, and we work exclusively with suppliers who can verify that their materials do not contain any intential per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. We continuously monitor regulatory developments and scientific research to ensure our products remain safe and compliant.
  • California Proposition 65 Transparency
    • We maintain full compliance with California’s Prop 65. All fabrics, trims, zippers, and labels are sourced from certified Prop 65 chemical-free vendors or have been tested to ensure they do not contain chemicals requiring a warning. If any product does require a warning in the future, we will clearly label it and list it on our website.

    • We conduct regular risk-based assessments and audits of our supply chain to ensure compliance with our standards for labor, safety, and environmental responsibility.
  • Vendor Code of Conduct
    • All suppliers must sign and adhere to our Vendor Code of Conduct, which is grounded in the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact, covering:
      • Human rights
      • Labor standards
      • Environmental responsibility
      • Anti-corruption
  • Human Rights Policy
    • We have a formal Human Rights Policy that aligns with international frameworks, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We are committed to identifying, preventing, and addressing any adverse human rights impacts in our operations and supply chain.
