How to Place an Online Order at Distributor.stormcreek.com

In this fast-paced industry, we know how important it is to make placing your orders quick, simple and seamless. In this blog, we'll guide you through our online ordering system, ensuring that placing orders with us is a breeze. Let's dive in and streamline your ordering experience together!

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to place an online order on Storm Creek's distributor website:

1. Login to Your Account: 

  1. Visit the Storm Creek distributor website: https://distributor.stormcreek.com/
  2. In the top right corner, click on the middle icon that looks like a person. A pop-up window will appear. Ensure “Promotional Products Distributor” is selected in the dropdown and then click “Continue”.
  3. Enter your login credentials and select “Sign In” (NOTE: there is a button to reset your password on this same pop-up).
  4. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one. In that same pop-up window before clicking “Continue,” you can click “Register” and fill out our form to be an approved customer.

2. Navigate to Collections or Search by Style Name/Number:

  1. Once logged in, you can navigate to the menu in the top left corner to easily browse collections.
  2. Alternatively, if you know the style name or number you're looking for, click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner and use the search bar to quickly find the style.

3. Select Products and View Product Details:

  1. Click on a product to view its details, including available colors, sizes, descriptions, features and images.
  2. You will also be able to download product images, create a virtual, view the companion piece, check out garment specs, view an end-user safe sell sheet, and more.

4. How to Check Inventory:

  1. Continue scrolling down the page to see the order chart. Here you can see inventory and pricing (NOTE: you must be logged in to view WHSL pricing; otherwise, you'll see MSRP pricing).
  2. The bold numbers under each size indicate current inventory. The numbers in drop down menus indicate incoming inventory – click the down arrow to view the number of pieces that will be in stock and when they’ll be available.
  3. Colors with “C” icons are Core Colors that are program safe, and should be in stock year-round.

5. Enter Quantity and Add to Cart:

  1. In the order chart, enter the number of pieces per style and color that you wish to order.
  2. Below the order chart, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the selected items to your shopping cart.
  3. If you add a quantity that exceeds current availability, you will be prompted to check a box above the “Add to Cart” button to acknowledge that in-stock items will ship now and backordered items will ship upon restock.

6. Proceed to Checkout and Review Cart:

  1. When you're ready to place your order, navigate to the cart icon in the upper right corner to see a summary of your order (including the number of plastic bottles saved from oceans and landfills in your order!) and click “View Cart”.
  2. On the Cart page, you can review the items added and total price.
  3. TIP: If you're not ready to checkout immediately, you can save your cart for later by clicking on the "Save Cart" button. This is useful for planning or consolidating orders.
    1. Name your saved cart by clicking the “Untitled Cart” title, entering a new title, and clicking “Save Changes”.
    2. You can access your saved carts at any time when logged into the website. To do this, click the cart button in the top right corner and then click the “Saved Carts” button.

7. Enter Information Ahead of Checkout:

  1. On right side of the Cart page, you’ll see four dropdown options to enter information – click on each to expand and see full details.
  2. Under “Sample Order”, you can specify if this is a sample order (NOTE: checking the sample order box does not apply any discounts – discounted samples must be emailed to orders@stormcreek.com)
  3. Under “PO Number, enter your Purchase Order number (NOTE: this is required).
  4. Under “Notification Emails”, enter email addresses to send notifications to (NOTE: this is required).
  5. Under “Shipping Account”, you can select the shipping type and enter the shipping account number of your shipping provider.

8. Confirm Order and Checkout:

  1. When you’re ready to checkout, click “Checkout Now”.
  2. Enter your contact information and shipping address.
  3. Choose shipping method (NOTE: Shipping is free if you spend $150 or more. You MUST choose “Free Shipping” as the Shipping Method to receive free shipping on your order).
  4. Choose payment method and select billing address (NOTE: please select “Account Terms” only if you have terms established with Storm Creek. If you do not, please select Credit Card payment).
  5. Review all details carefully, including quantities, prices, and shipping information.
  6. Once everything looks good, click the “Complete Order” button to complete the purchase.
