Storm Creek accepts orders through the distributor website (distributor.stormcreek.com), in writing, or by email.

  1. Can I place an order online?

Yes, orders can be placed at distributor.stormcreek.com. You must set up an account with us to place an order.

  1. How do I cancel or change my order?

All orders, once accepted by Storm Creek, are considered valid and cannot be canceled unless a written cancellation notice is received. All discontinued and closeout products are final unless prior consent is provided by Storm Creek.

Canceled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.

  1. What is Storm Creek’s standard turn time for orders?

Blank orders ship same business day from Eagan, MN fulfillment center if order placed before 3:00PM CST.

 

  1. What is Storm Creek’s sample policy?

You can purchase discounted (non-returnable) samples for your showroom, self-promo, and sales needs.

No but, our styles are designed to have logos added, with many of them featuring embroidery pockets – great for uniforms, staff apparel, and more!

Yes, our in-house design expertise, extensive private label experience, and longstanding factory relationships give us distinct capabilities for custom apparel. Search bar upper right magnifying glass. Search by product, collections, blog and news articles, or pages. Additional product filters on each collection page (color and size). Easy to navigate collections in navigation search by garment type, features like best sellers or seasonal and by end-user industry.

Although you cannot shop at a Storm Creek store you can always find us online or possibly at your favorite resort or boutique!
