1. What is Storm Creek’s return policy?

• All orders must be checked upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects.
• Customers must request a Return Authorization (RA) form for any returns within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• All returns must be authorized in advance and no returned product will be accepted without an RA number and a Storm Creek RA form.
• Returns without original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
• Garments (including samples) must be returned in their original condition (clean, undamaged, hangtags still attached and in original poly bags) otherwise, it is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• Decorated or altered garments, excluding defective items, are not returnable.
• Discounted samples are non-returnable.
• Garments (including samples) must be shipped back to Storm Creek within 30 days. Company is not liable for lost inbound packages

2. Can I make changes or cancel my order?

All orders, once accepted by Storm Creek, are considered valid and cannot be canceled unless a written cancellation notice is received. All discontinued and closeout products are final unless prior consent is provided by Storm Creek. Canceled orders or returns of unwanted merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
