1. What are Storm Creek’s shipping options?

  • Storm Creek’s primary carrier is UPS. Orders will ship UPS Ground unless specified otherwise on your Purchase Order.
  • We also will accept your shipping account number if provided on the order.
  • All shipments by Storm Creek are FOB point of shipment, therefore, freight costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Will Call Pick Up is available at all Storm Creek Headquarters in Eagan, MN. Please contact your sales rep to set up a will call.

  1. How do I get a freight cost estimate?

  1. Does Storm Creek offer free freight?

Yes, Storm Creek offers free freight on orders over $150 (apparel value only, exclusions apply). Orders will be shipped via Storm Creek’s carrier of choice. If requested to use the customer’s carrier of choice, the freight discount will not apply.

 

  1. What is Storm Creek’s shipping cut off time?

If the order is received by our orders team by 3:00PM CST the order will ship out same day. All orders received after 3:00PM CST will ship next day.

 

  1. How many boxes will be in my order and how many items per box?

This depends on style and quantity.  For a shipping estimate please contact our Customer Service team at info@stormcreek.com.

 

  1. Once shipped, how long will my order be in transit?

With our central location near Minneapolis/St Paul, MN, we are pleased to offer a standard 1-5 day ship time to verified business addresses in the lower 48 states. Shipping time to residential addresses may vary. Transit times are estimated based on major city destinations. Storm Creek is not liable for any delays in delivery due to severe weather or carrier disruptions. Additional transit time may apply to remote areas. Please call for additional information.

  • Please call us at 651-480-3000 to discuss best rates to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Canada.
  • This does not include sample orders, sale items, closeouts, catalogs and marketing materials where shipping is billed at a normal rate or on customer shipper number.
  • Expedited shipping requested by the customer will be charged at the full rate.
  • Any additional shipping services that are requested by the customer (e.g. 9:00 a.m. delivery, Saturday delivery) will be charged at the full rate.
  • Multi-location shipments subject to additional charge.

We can ship to both PO boxes and physical addresses within the United States. However, if you're shipping to Canada, a physical address is required for delivery.
